The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the Corporate Services team. Reporting to the Business Analysis and Performance Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver high-quality financial insight, reporting, and performance advice that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
This is a key role for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of strong financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing meaningful financial insight and advice.
• Develop and deliver budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership and the Board.
• Create and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to track performance.
• Support business cases, tenders, and funding submissions through detailed financial analysis.
• Provide scenario modelling, performance insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of financial tools, templates, and processes to enhance business capability.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with a CA/CPA/CIMA qualification.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present financial information clearly and confidently.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and committed to making a positive impact.
