Your new role
As a Regional Manager, you'll take full ownership of 4-6 centres across Sydney Metro, ACT & surrounds, or Wollongong/South Coast NSW. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll have the freedom to define your schedule and make decisions that matter.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full P&L accountability for your region, driving profitability and operational excellence.
- Leading and mentoring Practice Managers, 2ICs, and nurse teams to build high-performing centres.
- Managing the doctor lifecycle - onboarding, training, contract renewals, and retention strategies.
- Reviewing daily operational dashboards to monitor labour forecasts, gross billings, consumables costs, and compliance.
- Driving strategic initiatives such as nurse recruitment campaigns, urgent care expansion, and labour cost optimisation.
- Collaborating with senior leadership in fortnightly meetings, while enjoying flexibility to work from home when appropriate.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment and wants to make a tangible impact on service delivery and team success.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years' experience in multi-site operations management.
- Proven track record of P&L accountability and delivering commercial results.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
- Resilience and strategic problem-solving ability to manage competing priorities.
- Healthcare experience is highly desirable, but we also welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, or territory-level business development backgrounds who bring strong operational and people leadership.

- Competitive salary: OTE of $164k + $15K car allowance
