WE ARE HIRING: MAINTENANCE ROOF PLUMBER

Qualified and Experienced – Commercial, Programmed and Reactive Maintenance

Are you someone who takes pride in your workmanship, values teamwork, and is ready to build a long-term career with a company that supports your growth?

Your Role & Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

Investigating and diagnosing roof and gutter leaks

Completing commercial and domestic roof and gutter repairs including:

Installation and replacement of various types of flashings

Installation and replacements of various guttering systems

Downpipe installation, repairs and replacements

Re-Roofing Projects

Carrying out programmed and reactive maintenance, including:

Reseals and temporary fixes

Expansion joint installations

Gutter cleaning

Minor flashing installations

Vent and flue installations

Emergency make safes

Completing site specific roof reports

Preparing accurate plans, drawings, and material lists for purchasing

Completing internal job reports and documentation

Working closely with the Roof Plumbing Coordinator to see jobs through to completion

Supporting and mentoring apprentices on site

Maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and workmanship

Are You Someone Who

Holds a current Roof Plumbing qualification and Working at Heights licence

Demonstrates strong fault-finding and investigative skills

Works safely and efficiently with minimal supervision

Communicates clearly and thrives in a team environment

Takes pride in completing work to a high standard

Can manage timelines and follow job scopes accurately

Is open to learning and using company systems for job management and reporting

Has a can-do attitude and willingness to develop others
