Becon Roofing & Cladding Pty Ltd is an Adelaide-based company specialising in high-quality metal roofing and cladding across both residential and commercial sectors. We take pride in what we build and who we work with — and we're growing. Right now, we’re looking to expand our team with reliable and experienced Roof Plumbers, Apprentices, and Roofing Labourers ready to take on exciting new projects.

The Role

Join our crew delivering premium roofing solutions across Adelaide. You'll be involved in a variety of works including:

New builds and re-roofing (residential & commercial)

Installation of metal roofing systems and box gutters

Flashings, cappings, and detailed roof plumbing work

Wall cladding, ceiling cladding, and façade systems

Safe and efficient site work with well-managed schedules

Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Optional Weekend Work – Available for those wanting extra hours
Work across various Adelaide metro sites

Who We’re After

We’re currently hiring for the following roles:

Experienced Roof Plumbers

Minimum 2 years’ experience on metal roofs

Strong knowledge of roofing systems and flashing details

Ability to work independently

White Card & Working at Heights (required)

EWP ticket (preferred)

Own tools & transport

Good communication and reliability

Roofing Labourers / Apprentices

Minimum 2 years roofing experience preferred (labourers)

White Card & Working at Heights (required)

Reliable and safety-conscious

Willing to learn and take direction

Team player with a can-do attitude
