Hi lads, Johnny Director of Riteway Restorations here.

I am looking for experienced roof plumbers and roof tilers to join our team. What I’m looking for is experienced roofers who are sick of feeling unappreciated and underpaid for the skills and value they deserve.
I’m looking for the guys who truly have a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship, but the passion is dying within as you’re not paid what you deserve or even simply shown the appreciation and gratitude of your efforts.

What We Offer

$50 - $100+hr, your skills and initiative to grow and progress within your career should never have a dollar value. I pay my team what they’re worth. Develop perfection, bust a nut and don’t get complacent the sky’s the limit.

Full-time employment.

Develop high-quality work, get the days tasks completed and knock off early. Pick the kids up from school or do whatever makes you happy.

Want or need a day off to go away with the family? A trip with the boys? Or you just need a day to sort out something important, even a mental reset whatever no problem. Be honest and communicate with me, no stress we can work around anything.

Career progression, the opportunity to get off the tools get into sales, a supervisor role or management, even go out on your own to start your own business. Honesty, communication and loyalty is all I ask and I will support you for whatever you want to achieve.

What’s required

Roof Plumbing, Roof Tiling or Roof Restoration experience with a minimum of 5 years.

A passion for developing the highest quality workmanship with an open minded ability to be provided with training to develop your skills.

Drivers license.

White card and working at heights but isn’t required. I’m willing to provide what is needed for an exception tradesmen.
