Scaffolder – Port City Roofing (Townsville)

Port City Roofing is a growing roofing company based in Townsville. We're after a ticketed Scaffolder who's keen to work as part of a reliable local crew.
You'll help set up and pull-down edge protection on roofing projects and lend a hand with general construction labouring when required — things like collecting scrap metal, site clean-ups and loading and unloading materials.

What you'll do

Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding safely to Australian Standards.

Inspect and maintain scaffolding gear.

Work alongside roofers to provide safe roof access.

Assist with loading/unloading, site setup, and clean-ups.

Follow WHS procedures and attend toolbox meetings.

What you'll need

Full manual Driver's Licence.

Basic or Intermediate Scaffolding Ticket.

White Card (Construction Induction).

Minimum of 1-2 years scaffolding experience required.

Fit, reliable and able to work safely at heights.

Must have Australian work rights.

Bonus skills

Forklift or truck licence (MR/HR).

Roofing, cladding or general construction background.

What we offer

Consistent Casual or Full-time work, Monday–Friday (7:00 am – 3:00 pm).
