Workfast is seeking Scaffolders for our client with Shutdown works in Port Pirie, SA.

This is a major shutdown project with both dayshift and nightshift opportunities available across the shutdown period. You'll be part of a large team delivering critical scaffolding works on a high-profile smelter site, with full support services to ensure a safe and well-organised shutdown.

  (all demob dates subject to change based on client requirements)

• $52.00 (SB), $54.00 (SI), $56.00 (SA) per hour, flat rate
• 12-13 hour day & night shifts available
• 4 hours paid RDO + 4 hours travel each way at rate
• Meals and accommodation provided

What you need

• Australian Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Basic, Intermediate or Advanced High Risk Scaffolding Licence
• Working at Heights (within 2 years) (mandatory)
• Confined Space (within 2 years) (desirable)
• Fit For Work / Medical clearance - to be provided by you
• Ability to pass D&A and Lead in Blood tests (LIB taken every 7 days)
• Must be clean shaven to wear RFT's on site
• 3-5 years scaffolding / industrial experience

What you'll be doing

• Shutdown scaffolding works on major smelter site
• Installing and dismantling scaffold structures, walkways, and platforms
• Working safely at heights and in confined spaces (where required)
• Supporting shutdown operations in line with safety and site procedures
