About the role

Uni-span Australia Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team on FIFO/DIDO and local projects across Queensland. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures to support construction and maintenance activities.

What you'll be doing

Interpreting and following scaffolding plans and drawings to ensure structures meet safety and compliance standards

Assembling, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures using a variety of tools and equipment

Conducting regular inspections of scaffolding to identify and address any issues or hazards

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to scaffolding activities

Collaborating with construction crews and project managers to coordinate scaffolding work

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Scaffolder, with a minimum of 3 years' work history in the construction or maintenance industry

Formal qualifications in Scaffolding, including a valid Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence

Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards, regulations, and best practices

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve scaffold-related issues

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision

Physical fitness and stamina to perform physically demanding work at heights
