A growing and successful Australian manufacturer are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Junior Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Assist with processing and reconciling incoming payments
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledger
• Support the team with month-end reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - or a strong passion for finance
• Permanent Australian working rights
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
