CHP is looking for a talented and detail-driven Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have a love for social media, an eye for clean design, a knack for layout, and thrive in a creative yet fast-paced environment - this could be the perfect fit.
About the Role
As our Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator, you'll bring ideas to life across print and digital mediums, working closely with our marketing team to deliver engaging, on-brand creative for a range of retail property campaigns and activations.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design and layout a variety of print and digital materials - including social media artwork, flyers, signage, brochures and promotional items
Proof and review all artwork prior to print or internal approval to ensure quality and accuracy
Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret briefs and produce designs that align with business objectives
Work confidently within multiple brand guidelines to maintain consistency and professional presentation
Social Media Coordination
Manage multiple social media profiles in collaboration with the broader marketing team
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and posts
Assist in creating and copywriting monthly blog posts and EDMs that align with brand values and objectives
Tools & Systems You'll Use
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Canva
Sprout Social & Social Pilot
What We're Looking For
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication style and a collaborative mindset
WordPress experience favourable – however not essential
