Timbrebongie House is currently seeking an experienced Payroll / Administration Officer to provide timely and accurate pay processing for 65 staff, assist with interviews, new employee orientation and employment contracts, compliance with legislative requirements. It will also involve general administration duties such as assisting with reception, answering phone calls and other duties as required by the Chief Executive Officer.
Mandatory:
payroll experience
A NDIS Worker Screening Check (or the ability to obtain one)
Desirable:
experience working in an aged care setting
experience with rostering
experience interpreting an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement
Apart from having the necessary qualifications/experience, we would love to welcome a highly motivated individual who can 'hit the ground running', has the ability to interact with residents, staff and visitors and shows initiative.
