Company Background

Our client is a trusted Not-for-Profit organisation who have been supporting people living with impairments not only in their local Sydney area, but across multiple states. They have been in operation for 30+ years and have a range of services in operation.

They have recently undergone a structural change within the corporate side of the business and are seeking a passionate and switched-on person to join their payroll team. Reporting to a knowledgeable Payroll Manager and working closely with the finance and people & culture teams.

The Role

As the Payroll Officer, you will focus on:

Reviewing and processing timesheets (under the SCHADS award)

Maintaining employee records

Supporting the Payroll Manager in weekly and monthly payroll processing

Assisting with PAYG, Superannuation, 3rd party payments

Responding to payroll queries

Your Background

To be considered for this Payroll Officer position, you will have the following skills and attributes:

Immediate availability or a short notice period

Experience with the SCHADS award (Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Award)

Some experience with payroll processing (either as your whole role, or part of your role)

Looking for part-time hours
