 Full time - Permanent position
 Salary Range is $61,000- $74,000 + super 
 Based in Seville Grove | Flexible work arrangement available
 New Industrial Agreement means a pay rise in July 2026 as well!

What You Will Be Working On
 The City of Armadale’s Champion Centre is a buzz of exciting events, programs, activities and services for the local community. As the Community Centre Customer Service Officer, you will be the warm and welcoming face, that directs patrons around the facility from the reception area.
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting community members and service providers who visit the Centre
 - Supporting the Aboriginal Development team with events, programs, and administration
 - Providing referrals and information to connect community members with support services
 - Coordinating the front-of-house function including phone and face-to-face enquiries
 - Contributing to culturally safe, inclusive, and responsive community engagement
 
About You
- Passionate about community connection and providing culturally respectful support
 - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
 - Experience in customer service or community-facing roles
 - Confident using basic administration and record-keeping systems
