About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Estimator / Project Administrator to join our team at DNT Co. in Roselands, NSW.
This is a full-time graduate position designed to help you develop strong estimating and project management skills within the construction industry. You will receive hands-on training and mentoring to build your technical knowledge and professional confidence.

What you'll be doing

Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects under guidance from senior estimators

Support the tendering and bidding process by collecting and analysing project data

Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather cost and material information

Help maintain project records, budgets, and schedules

Provide administrative support for project management activities such as preparing reports, meeting notes, and documentation

Contribute to improving estimating systems and project coordination processes

What we're looking for

Recent graduate or final-year student in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field

Strong interest in developing a career in estimating or project management

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to read drawings and specifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating software is an advantage but not required

Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Korean language skills are a plus, but not essential
