About the role

Greenly Landscapes is seeking a Qualified Landscaper to join our growing team based in Melbourne, VIC. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in the implementation of high-quality landscaping projects across primarily residential sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction of landscape features including paving, decking, retaining walls, turf, planting, and concreting

Reading and interpreting plans and specifications

Setting out and working to levels

Coordinating materials, equipment, and site prep

Working collaboratively with apprentices and subcontractors

Maintaining safe, clean, and efficient job sites

What you'll be doing

Undertaking all aspects of hardscaping and softscaping

Reading and interpreting landscape design plans to ensure accurate implementation of client requirements

Operating landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner

Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients

Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

Contributing to the continuous improvement of landscaping practices and procedures

What we're looking for

Must be able to work unsupervised and instructing labourers and apprentices

A relevant qualification in Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field

Certificate III qualification in Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field is required

3-5 years' experience as a qualified Landscaper, preferably within the commercial and/or residential sectors

Strong working knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment

Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport

A valid car driver's licence is specifically required for this position
