Front of House Supervisor – The Dunes, Ocean Grove

We’re chasing a Front of House Supervisor to join our busy, beachside venue in Ocean Grove. This role can be full-time, part-time, or casual — we’ll work around the right person.

What you’ll be doing

Leading service and supporting the FOH team during busy shifts

Keeping day-to-day ops smooth with a focus on great guest service

Training, mentoring, and motivating junior staff

Helping with floor admin (rosters, cash-ups, closes)

Working closely with management to keep standards sharp

Experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role

Hands-on leader who leads by example

Strong comms and organisation

High attention to detail in service and presentation

Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
