And now, we're looking for an Appointment Setter who live for the thrill of speed-to-lead, thrive on the phone and in DM's, and are into their health and fitness.

About The Role

This isn't a clock-in, send a few messages, and wait for the phone to ring job.

We're looking for a sharp, persuasive communicator to join our team. You'll chat with leads over the phone &or through Instagram DMs, You Tube and our website chat — qualifying leads quickly to separate the serious from the time-wasters.

You'll dig into their goals, match them with the right Geronimo program, and handle objections confidently. Persistence is key — you'll follow up until you get a clear yes or no. And because data drives everything we do, you'll keep meticulous records in our CRM to track performance and results.

Location: Remote (Hybrid option available for Sydney-based applicants)

Who We're Looking For:

A speed-to-lead monster, with strong sales IQ

Not afraid of the phone, rejection, or people. You love talking on the phone or in the DM's

Thrive off feedback. You want coaching, growth, and results

Want to be in a team that actually gives a f*** about your personal success. (Our last Setter just bought his first house)

Ready to win. You don't just hit targets—you smash them

What You Get:

Solid base salary plus commission paid per appointment you set, that sells

Uncapped earnings—your hunger determines your paycheck

Remote role (ideally Eastern Seaboard time zone), with team building days together

Full training provided, but you've already spent three or more years in sales
