They are introducing modern, interactive WHS and induction training to improve safety, onboarding and operational consistency. It’s a rare opportunity to build digital learning content from the ground up and have a direct impact on organisational capability.

About your new role!
As the Training Coordinator & Content Developer, you’ll design, build and deliver digital learning modules with a strong focus on SCORM-based e-learning.
Working with subject matter experts and safety specialists, you will convert policy and procedure information into modern training that staff can access online. This role has a clear deliverable: develop approximately six e-learning modules (around 100 slides each) including interactive components, assessments and optional voiceover/video elements.
Key tasks for this role include:

• Run consultation workshops to confirm content and learner needs
• Design SCORM-compliant modules with storyboard, interactivity and assessments
• Translate safety and induction content into engaging e-learning
• Manage version control and maintain training documentation
• Support onboarding by ensuring new learning is built into induction pathways
• Work with communications and SMEs to promote training and drive participation

About You!
The agency is seeking someone who can step in and create digital training content with confidence — not just coordinate, but build.
Essential:

• Demonstrated experience creating SCORM e-learning modules
• Ability to show a portfolio of previous digital training content
• Experience creating interactive learning, assessments & storyboards
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and work independently

Highly desirable:

• Government experience — strongly preferred
• Exposure to WHS, compliance or induction training
• Experience translating technical or policy content into accessible learning

Pay Rate:$80 – $90 per hour + super
Hours: 35 hours/week
Location: Parramatta Square | Hybrid working available
