Raine & Horne is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our team in the Heart of Berry. This full-time role will involve managing a neat portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of our clients' investments. What you'll be doing

Effectively manage a portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties, including processing applications, arranging inspections, and signing new tenants with lease signings

Perform regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs

Manage the financial aspects of properties, including invoicing and handling arrears

Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing any queries or concerns promptly

Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations

Maintain detailed property records

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the property management team

Advertise rental properties and arrange and conduct inspections

NCAT attendance and preparation when required

What we're looking for

Relevant qualification in real estate property management

Previous experience in a similar property management role, some experience with commercial would be advantageous but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using property management software and relevant computer applications

A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service

Knowledge of the local real estate market and relevant current legislation
