We’re seeking a polished, organised, and people-focused Clinic Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations, ensuring every client experience is seamless, every detail precise, and every team member supported

The Role

As the Clinic Coordinator, you’ll lead the daily rhythm of the clinic, balancing operational excellence with genuine warmth. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and takes pride in delivering flawless service.

Key Responsibilities

Be the face of the clinic, greeting clients, managing bookings, and maintaining the flow of daily operations.

Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.

Act as the first point of contact for staff, managing rosters, leave, and HR communication.

Ensure smooth clinic flow and impeccable client experiences throughout the day.

Generate purchase orders, assist with reporting, and support payroll and performance tracking.

Coordinate weekly and monthly staff catch-ups and provide concise end-of-day summaries to management.

Liaise with brand representatives and BDMs to plan visits and in-clinic events.

Support social media activity, from capturing content to contributing creative ideas.

Motivate and engage the team through regular check-ins, recognition, and incentives.

Uphold the luxury brand standard in every client interaction and detail.

About you

Minimum 12 months’ experience in a coordination or management role (clinic, salon, or similar).

Background as a Beauty Therapist, Dermal Clinician, or Hairdresser is highly regarded.

Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Strong administrative and organisational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Passionate about people, presentation, and the aesthetics industry.
