The Role:

As a Security Guard, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of patrons and staff at local clubs and pubs. You’ll work closely with venue management, enforce policies, monitor crowds, and de-escalate conflicts when necessary.

Your Responsibilities:

Patrol premises to maintain order and establish a visible security presence

Monitor crowd dynamics and intervene when needed

Support, guide, and lead the security team

Provide assistance and de-escalate conflicts when necessary

Work closely with management and staff to enforce venue policies

Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement if required

What You Need:

Current 1A Security Guard License

Current RSA

Current First Aid

Working mobile phone with internet access
