To be successful in this role, you need to have the following:

A can-do attitude.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.

The ability to work unsupervised or in a team.

Experience with residential and commercial projects (Renovations & new builds).

4 Years of trade experience in Australia.

LBP Certified.

Valid Australian full driver's licence.

Whit card (construction induction).

Literacy, Computer, Smartphone.

Quality and tidy workmanship skills.

A great attitude and adaptable mindset.

Honesty and reliability.

Great communication skills to liaise with the team, customers, other trades, and organisations.
