Pay: $45–$55/hr + fuel + bonuses (based on experience)

About the Role
We’re seeking a qualified carpenter or experienced leading hand who can take ownership of full projects from start to finish.
You’ll be working alongside an apprentice and managing subcontractors as needed — ensuring every job is delivered to our high standard and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day installation of decks, pergolas, and outdoor structures

Read and interpret plans & take ownership of site setup

Manage apprentice/subbie on site and coordinate with operations

Maintain high-quality finish and ensure clean handover

Represent the HS Outdoor Living brand professionally with clients

Qualified carpenter with 3–5+ years experience in decks/pergolas/outdoor structures
