RSPCA South Australia is seeking a Foster Care Supervisor to join our Pathways & Capacity Team at our main campus in O'Halloran Hill. Our Foster Care Team place over 2000 animals per year into homes across South Australia. Managing healthy relationships with our network of foster carers is critical to be being able to help animals rehabilitate and get the support and care that they need.

A commitment to high-quality work, excellent written communication, and strong attention to detail is essential.

Sound financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build effective relationships.

Knowledge of animal care and welfare standards (desirable).

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
