We are looking for highly experienced and qualified Trainers and Assessors to join our team.

Does this sound like you?

You have a Certificate IV in TAE or higher.

You have been training and assessing for more than five years.

You have a Diploma or higher level qualification in either:

Business or Leadership and Management.

Human Resource Management.

Program management or Project management.

Information Technology.

Early Childhood Education and Care or School Age Education and Care

Individual Support.

You have experience in all aspects of TAE, including design, delivery, training, assessing and validating.

You have availability to start immediately.

You have a keen interest in, and an understanding of, what is required for continuous improvement and meeting compliance requirements.

You will also:

Hold a current driver’s licence.

Have a willingness to travel if required.

Have the ability to work autonomously.

Additional preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications:

Working with Children Check and Mandatory Child Protection training.

Articulate Rise 360 software or SCORM package development experience.

What will you be responsible for?

Designing and developing engaging and well-structured training products and assessments in accordance with training package requirements.

Utilising a broad range of activities, resources, and assessment methods to ensure training and assessment meets the requirements of targeted cohorts of students, with an awareness of cultural and inclusivity practices.

Establishing industry networks for the purpose of consultation and engagement, piloting training products, and gathering feedback.

Developing rapport with students and managing student enquiries professionally and promptly.

Delivering training products in accordance with training package requirements.

Assessing student submissions in accordance with training package requirements.

Leading and participating in review and validation processes and reporting outcomes.

Leading continuous improvement and risk management processes and reporting outcomes.

Ensuring maintenance of industry currency.

All other duties deemed necessary for business purposes.
