Positions Available

Penfold College is currently seeking qualified and experienced Trainers and Assessors to deliver and assess in the following qualifications:

BSB40820 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication

BSB50620 Diploma of Marketing and Communication

BSB60520 Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communication

CHC52021/ CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services

BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management

BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)

CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support

CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and assess training in accordance with Penfold College’s Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) and relevant training package requirements

Ensure assessment practices meet the principles of assessment and rules of evidence

Maintain up-to-date and accurate training and assessment records

Support students throughout their learning journey, providing constructive feedback and academic guidance

Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities

Maintain professional currency through industry engagement and professional development

Comply with all Penfold College policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

Essential Requirements

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40122 or its successor, or equivalent credential)

Relevant vocational qualifications at least to the level being delivered and assessed

Demonstrated current industry experience relevant to the qualification area

Sound understanding of the 2025 Standards for RTOs

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Criteria

Experience developing and reviewing training and assessment materials

Experience delivering to both domestic and CRICOS student cohorts

Proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms

Evidence of professional development and industry engagement within the past 12 months
