Part-time (3 days a week): 3 days in Kindy

KPPK is affiliated with Gowrie and operates during QLD school terms and runs both Kindergarten and Pre-kindy groups at both ends of the week.

Your Role:

📚 Educational Excellence and Quality improvement: Assist in crafting an engaging curriculum that sparks curiosity and imagination, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. Embrace the role of a nurturing guide, supporting our Teacher, Nominated Supervisor, and Educational Leader with your valuable insights. Your voice matters here. Share your feedback, ideas, and concerns, shaping the program's evolution. Your input isn’t just appreciated; it's vital to our continuous improvement journey.

The Educator position:

Permanent Full-time or Part-time

Hours of work: 8:00 - 3:30 (includes non-contact)

Paid school holidays

Pay rate dependent upon experience and qualifications in line with our EBA

Professional Development opportunities

The successful applicants will have:

A Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively working towards qualification.

Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Hold a current Blue Card

Hold (or willing to obtain) First Aid/CPR including Asthma and Anaphylaxis

Experience building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with children, families and colleagues (experience in Community Kindergarten is highly valued).
