We're growing — and we're looking for experienced Tradesman Carpenters to join our dynamic crew.

About the Role

As a Tradesman Carpenter with Malibu Homes, you'll be involved in all stages of high-end residential builds — from framing and cladding through to fix-out and finishing work.

You'll work alongside a skilled and supportive team, with opportunities to develop your skills on luxury custom homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of carpentry on-site with a strong focus on quality and detail

Work independently and as part of a team to meet build timelines

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other trades

Requirements

Proven experience across all aspects of residential carpentry

Reliable, punctual and professional work ethic

Ability to work unsupervised, use initiative and plan ahead

Own tools and reliable transport
