The Role

We’re looking for skilled and motivated Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our team. We prefer carpenters with renovation experience and a diverse skill set across different aspects of residential construction.

You’ll work across all stages of a project — from structural framing through to detailed fit-out. This is not a “job-to-job” role. You’ll stay with your team on each project for the full duration, building deep knowledge of the work and pride in the outcome. For the right person, there’s clear career progression into a 2IC (Second in Charge) role and eventually a Foreman role.

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualified carpenter with broad renovation experience

Strong technical skills with a keen eye for detail and workmanship

Ability to supervise apprentices and coordinate subcontractors

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safe work practices

Experience across both structure and fit-out preferred

Valid driver’s licence required
