About the role

Join the team at AGV Earthworks as an Apprentice Landscaper. In this fulltime role based in Eastern Melbourne Suburbs, VIC 3153, you will be working as part of a dynamic team to deliver high-quality landscaping services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in the landscaping industry.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with all aspects of landscaping projects, including site preparation, retaining wall, rock walls and operating machinery

Learning how to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively

Collaborating with the team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards

Participating in ongoing training and development to expand your skills and knowledge

Adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

A strong interest in and passion for landscaping and earthmoving equipment

Excellent practical and problem-solving skills

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work

The ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

A willingness to learn and develop your skills

Driver License is a MUST
