Mining Supervisor – Production | 2:1
Location: Pilbara Mine Site
Roster: 2:1 FIFO (1 week days / 1 week nights)
Type: Ongoing long term project
Rate: $75.00 day shift / $86.25 night shift

Our client is expanding load-and-haul operations at their iron ore mine site, running multiple benches and a mixed production fleet. We’re seeking an experienced Mining Supervisor to drive safe shift execution, tonnes-to-plan, and crew development across active pits, ROM and haul circuits.
Fleet on site includes:
Komatsu 785 & CAT 777 haul trucks, Komatsu 730E (electric drive)
CAT 980M loaders, CAT 16M graders
CAT D10/D11 dozers, Komatsu PC1250 excavators
What you’ll do
Own shift outcomes: plan/allocate work, run pre-starts, FLRA/JSAs, and shift handovers.
Coordinate dig–load–haul; manage queue discipline, traffic rules, spotters and ROM interface.
Monitor cycle times, payload, delays and address constraints in real time with Dispatch/Survey/Crusher.
Maintain standards: haul roads, windrows, signage, floor levels—call in grader/dozer support.
Lead safety: coach field behaviours, conduct inspections, manage incidents and corrective actions.
Ensure quality reporting: downtime coding, production KPIs, defects, permits and isolations.
Develop people: mentor Leading Hands and Operators; support VOCs and continual improvement.
What you’ll bring
Proven open-pit production supervision (iron ore or bulk commodity).
Proficiency across load & haul operations; strong working knowledge of the fleet listed.
Solid understanding of mine traffic management, survey/dig plans and ROM/Crusher requirements.
Section 44 Appointed Person (or willing to obtain quickly).
Strong communication, coaching mindset and safety leadership.
Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
