We are currently seeking Experienced HDPE Supervisors, on a 2/1 roster pattern (point of hire Perth if FIFO or Kalgoorlie if residential). Kalgoorlie residential applicants are preferred; however, all applicants will be considered

JOB INFORMATION:

Scoping and estimating jobs across all disciplines

Supervise welding crews (poly welders, operators, pipeline technicians) to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget, and develop and train employees up to Brilly standard to help internal development

Liaising with client and site personnel to identify requirements and deliverables for site works

Planning and scheduling of scope and site works

Perform site safety inspections and run toolbox and safety meetings

Complete and record installation QA, site and safety documentation

Supervise installation testing and commissioning of pumps and piping systems

Submission of DWRs & forward planning employee leave requests/coverage with work scopes during peak times

Review take 5s, JHA and pre-start checklists to ensure accuracy against HSE policies & procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test

National Police Clearance (within the last 30 days)

WA driver’s license (LR class and above)

Construction White Card (WA)

Section 26 certificate (section 44 mandatory as minimum requirement)

Welding certifications - PMBWELDS01A - Butt Weld Polyethylene Plastic Pipelines – Mandatory

Welding certifications - PMBWELDS02B - Electro fusion Weld Polyethylene Pipelines - Mandatory

Welding certifications - PMBWELD309E - Weld plastics using Extrusion techniques - Preferred

Demonstrated poly welding experience (3yrs) & minimum 2-3 years supervision experience

Valid working rights

First Aid (within 3 yrs) - Preferred

Supervisor Training (AIM) - Preferred
