The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and hands on support for participants with high intensity and complex care needs in our SIL homes and in the community. You’ll work alongside a committed team of support staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver clinical care in line with NDIS and nursing practice standards

Provide guidance and training to support workers on complex health needs

Oversee medication management, wound care, and health monitoring

Support participants requiring PEG feeding, catheter care, or bowel management

Complete clinical documentation and collaborate with allied health professionals and families

Contribute to the continuous improvement of care systems and participant outcomes

Essential Requirements

✅ Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
✅ NDIS Worker Check
✅ Working with Children Check
✅ First Aid and CPR
✅ Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
