Woolcott St is Sydney's leading custom menswear brand — crafting bespoke suits, shirts, and wardrobes for top professionals across real estate, law, finance, and tech.
We're looking for a polished, energetic Client Services & Sales Representative to join our Sydney CBD team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for new enquiries and existing clients — guiding them through our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-person appointments for our Tailors and Sales Consultants.

What You'll Do
Engage inbound leads and new enquiries via phone, SMS, and email
Qualify and convert enquiries into in-person showroom appointments
Re-engage past clients and lapsed leads to create new booking opportunities
Support our Tailors and Sales Team with pre-appointment follow-ups and client coordination
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and manage your daily pipeline
Work closely with Sales Leaders and Founders to continually refine the client journey
What We're Looking For
At least 2–5 years' experience in sales, appointment setting, or client services
Demonstrated experience in high-value sales with transactions
Confident communicator — polished, professional, and great on the phone
Organised and proactive with strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable engaging with high-income professionals and luxury clients
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and a passion for high-quality service
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM system specifically required for lead tracking and pipeline management
Must hold Australian work rights and authorisation to work in Australia
What We Offer
$70–$80k base salary + uncapped performance bonuses (OTE $120k–$135k+)
