We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join the team at their Sydney boutique full time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting client relationships
• Support daily store operations and uphold brand presentation standards
• Drive sales and consistently achieve KPIs and targets
• Provide aftercare service and maintain client engagement
• Contribute to a positive and professional in-store experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail
• Immaculate grooming and presentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for luxury fashion and customer service
• KPI and sales-driven mindset
• Mandarin language skills are highly regarded but not required
