The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our growing manufacturing team in a full-time, permanent role (6am start). This position has become available due to ongoing business growth and offers the chance to play a key role in our production process.

Your responsibilities may include (depending on your experience):

• Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient output
• Performing basic troubleshooting and quality control checks
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily targets
• Following all safety procedures and promptly reporting any hazards
• Manual handling of up to 25kgs

About you

You’ll bring proven experience as a machine operator or within a manufacturing or production environment, along with:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new machinery and processes
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices
