Operating within a TGA-licensed, GMP-certified facility, we are committed to precision, safety, and consistency across all aspects of our manufacturing operations.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and takes pride in maintaining high production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated and manual production line equipment in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Prepare materials, components, and equipment for each production batch.
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure all products meet specification and compliance requirements.
• Accurately complete all batch documentation, logbooks, and electronic records.
• Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain strict hygiene and contamination control throughout all manufacturing areas.
• Report any deviations, equipment faults, or quality concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless production flow.
• Hours - Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 4:30 pm
• Opportunity for overtime on Saturdays and Sundays

Skills & Experience

• Experience working on a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing production line (essential).
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality standards.
• Proven ability to operate, clean, and maintain production line machinery.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically capable of performing manual handling and repetitive tasks safely.
• A proactive, safety-conscious, and reliable work ethic.
