Are you a hands-on operator who enjoys physical work and being part of a dependable team?

We’re seeking skilled Production Team Members to join a leading national manufacturer of engineered timber and construction products supplying major projects across Australia.

You’ll work within the production and manufacturing team, assisting with the preparation, cutting, and assembly of timber products using fixed and mobile plant equipment.

Full-time, permanent position with immediate start

Monday to Friday roster (no weekends)

Early knock-offs on Fridays

$30–36/hr depending on experience and skill level

About the Role

Assist with production, preparation, and packaging of timber materials

Operate saws, cutting tools, and other plant equipment safely

Handle long and heavy timber loads as part of a team

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Operate forklifts (if licensed) to assist with movement of product within the yard

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or timber environment

Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential

Reliable and motivated with a strong attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
