About the Role

As a Senior Production Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing precise and timely cost estimates for residential projects. You will collaborate closely with the construction and design teams, playing a vital role in cost control, project efficiency, and ensuring all work aligns with the company's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential projects.
• Interpret plans and specifications to generate Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Collaborate with internal teams, including drafting, construction, and project coordination, ensuring alignment on project deliverables.
• Keep up-to-date supplier and subcontractor pricing to enable accurate forecasting and quoting.

About You:

• At least 4+ years of production estimating experience within residential homebuilding.
• Proficiency in estimating software, particularly DataBuild.
• Having a trade background would put you at an advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
