Precision Signs is a signage and display manufacturer set in the heart of the Riverina town of Wagga Wagga, NSW. Employing 35+ staff, we have over 40 years in business developing imaginative signage solutions for hospitality venues major gaming machine manufacturers. Qualifications & experience

Limited in experience? No problem, whilst experience in a similar role is welcomed it is not a requirement. First and foremost we are seeking someone who genuinely loves working with a team and ensuring each member has the information available to succeed, Organisation is key!

We operate several cloud based software systems, whilst you'll be provided training in these you'll need to be able to display great existing computer skills to be successful.

The role requires you to work with all sections and employees of the business, you'll need to be positive, confident and have excellent communication skills. You will be working with the General manager to give HR feedback and discussions, supporting and uplifting the team to be their best.

Tasks & responsibilities

Orchestrate and manage projects form start to completion utilising existing cloud based job management software, supported by existing section managers.

Implement a new company wide ERP software solution to reduce data entry and streamline production processes from start to finish.

Liaise with installation team on installation schedule and keep everyone up to date with installation timelines.

Measure team capacity levels, work with Production & General Manager to build and train team appropriately.
