Territory Manager – Diabetes – Brisbane
Location: Brisbane & Far North Queensland
Our client is a global leader in medical technology, recognised for innovation, quality, and a strong commitment to improving the lives of people living with diabetes. With an established and growing presence across Australia, the company is now expanding its Queensland diabetes portfolio and seeking an experienced, driven Territory Manager to join its high-performing team.
This position covers Central and West Brisbane, including Toowoomba and Ipswich, with periodic travel to Far North Queensland (Cairns, Townsville, and Rockhampton – approximately every six weeks). Candidates should be based in Greater Brisbane with convenient access to major hospitals.
About the Role
Join a collaborative and high-performing Queensland sales team of three Territory Managers.
Represent a market-leading diabetes portfolio, featuring advanced glucose monitoring systems, mobile applications, and data management platforms.
Build and nurture relationships with Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators, and other healthcare professionals across both public and private sectors.
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing referral pathways, and engaging key decision-makers.
Provide exceptional clinical and technical support to healthcare partners and patients.
Play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the Queensland diabetes business.
Skills & Experience
Proven medical device sales experience, ideally within diabetes or related therapeutic areas.
A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for business development and delivering outcomes.
Strong existing networks with Endocrinologists and Diabetes Educators will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and territory planning skills.
Must reside within the Greater Brisbane region, with access to key hospital sites.
A current driver’s licence is essential.
