We are hiring for our Immigration partner, the office is in Sydney CBD and it's a Full-Time, Monday to Friday In-Office.

⚖️ About the Role

We're seeking both a Senior Immigration Lawyer and a Graduate Immigration Lawyer to join our dynamic Sydney CBD team.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end immigration matters for a portfolio of corporate clients — guiding them through visa applications, compliance, and strategic immigration planning.

⚖️ Key Responsibilities

Visa Consultation: Provide expert legal advice to clients on visa options, eligibility requirements, and the overall migration process.

Documentation Preparation: Assist clients in gathering, reviewing, and preparing all required documentation for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Visa Lodgement: Prepare and lodge visa applications through the appropriate channels, meeting all regulatory and deadline requirements.

Client Communication: Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients to provide progress updates, manage expectations, and address enquiries or concerns.

Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Australian immigration laws, regulations, and professional codes of conduct. Stay informed about policy and legislative changes affecting migration matters.

Client Representation: Act on behalf of clients in dealings with immigration authorities, advocating for their rights and interests.

Record Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, application documentation, and case progress.

Corporate Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, managing end-to-end immigration processes for sponsored employees and executives.

Case Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of visa and work permit applications, from assessment to final outcome.

Legal Analysis: Interpret and apply immigration legislation and policy to ensure compliance and provide strategic advice.

Strategic Advice: Advise clients on timelines, potential risks, and best practices for achieving optimal immigration outcomes.

Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with evolving immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes to ensure accurate, forward-looking client service.

🎯 Who We're Looking For

Admitted Solicitor with 0–5 years' experience in immigration or related legal practice.

Proven experience preparing and lodging a range of visa applications.

Sound understanding of immigration legislation, with a strong desire to learn and deepen your expertise.

Proven technical ability across a broad range of immigration matters, reporting to client on the visa case progress, monitoring high-volume environment.

Exceptional communication skills with a client-first approach.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Its a faced paced work environment where we only Work from Office, Monday to Friday.

👩‍💻 Role Requirements

Demonstrated experience with 482 Work Visa and employer-sponsored visa programs.

Comprehensive understanding of Australian immigration legislation, policy, and procedures.

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, including supervising the work of immigration consultants.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance priorities, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

Collegiate, professional, and proactive approach to teamwork.

Full-time position based in Sydney.
