We’re a proudly family-owned regional law practice with deep roots in our communities and a strong reputation for guiding rural families through the complexities of succession planning, agribusiness transitions, and rural property transactions. We’re looking for a passionate, grounded, and technically sharp lawyer to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of matters, including agribusiness succession matters, wills and estates, commercial contracts, and complex rural conveyancing transactions.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Collaborating with the broader legal team to share knowledge and expertise.

Participating in business development activities to identify and pursue new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree, and a current practising certificate.

Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Lawyer.

Strong understanding of property law, succession law and business structures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language.

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in the use of legal software and technology.

A commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships.

Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
