About the role
You will lead end-to-end migrations from existing systems into solutions built by Bluebox within Microsoft 365. This includes running discovery, developing migration plans, executing cutovers, validating results, answering stakeholder questions and providing clear regular progress updates.
Responsibilities
Run pre-migration discovery and reports
Build migration plans, timelines and risk logs
Map sites, libraries, metadata and permissions
Execute migrations into SharePoint Online from legacy SharePoint, file shares, Teams, OneDrive and third-party platforms
Validate results and complete QA checks
Keep the project team and stakeholders up to date on progress
Skills and experience
Experience delivering Microsoft 365 content migrations
Working knowledge of SharePoint Online
Familiarity with migration tools (e.g. ShareGate)
Understanding of information architecture, metadata and permissions
Strong attention to detail and problem solving
Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
Experience in consulting or a similar client facing role (advantage)
Able to work as part of a project delivery team
