Your new role:

As a Clinical Nurse within the Logan Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient Units, you'll provide advanced clinical and leadership expertise to deliver safe, person-centred, and recovery-focused care. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to patients with complex needs
• Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and education to support your team
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
• Contribute to service innovation and uphold the highest professional standards
  
  

About you:

You are an experienced and passionate mental health nurse who thrives in a team-based, patient-centred environment. You demonstrate advanced clinical judgment, leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to professional excellence. You will have:

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Advanced clinical and problem-solving skills in mental health care
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and support a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement
