Location: Based in and around the Toowoomba (homelands of the Jagera, Giabal, and Jarowair peoples) area with outreach required
Salary: $46 - $56.47 per hour depending on experience and qualifications + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
Join a passionate, multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred mental health care as part of the new Toowoomba Integrated Mental Health Hub, an innovative partnership between Each, Wellways, Lumsden Psychology, QPASTT and Goondir Health Services.
Your role, your impact
As the Clinical Lead, you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversight across the Hub’s integrated service streams, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care. You’ll support a multidisciplinary team through supervision, mentorship, and collaboration—driving service excellence and continuous improvement across clinical governance, care coordination, and therapeutic practice.
Key responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and leadership across all Hub service streams
Lead clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development of clinicians
Facilitate case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings
Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
Support the implementation of clinical governance and quality improvement frameworks
Build strong relationships with consortia partners and community stakeholders
Oversee service performance, compliance, and risk management processes
Who we’re looking for
Qualified and experienced mental health professional (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counsellor, or Occupational Therapist)
Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for relevant professional body membership
Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience in the mental health sector, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, team leadership, and service development
Skilled in assessment, evidence-based interventions, and crisis management
Strong understanding of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally safe practice
Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary or consortium environment
Commitment to inclusive and person-centred care, particularly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTIQ+ communities, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel for outreach and engagement
