About us:
Biloela Hospital is a 20-bed hospital that caters for inpatients and outpatients, including emergency department services. Support services to the hospital include community services, radiology, pharmacy, immunisation, child health, drug and alcohol mental health services, occupational therapy, social work, pathology, physiotherapy, and oral health.
About the role:
The Clinical Nurse is a rural generalist nurse who provides an early leadership role within the career pathway for nursing within Central Queensland Health and is responsible for a specific patient population and can function in more complex situations while providing support and direction to the Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse (EN) and other non-registered nursing personnel. The CN Rural Generalist follows defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe, practice and services and workplaces.
About you:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate are mandatory for this position.
- A relevant postgraduate certificate or post graduate diploma would be well regarded.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $131,900 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $54.44 - $58.30 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
