TGR Fire, a leading provider of fire protection for projects across Victoria, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be the central hub for our projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. As a Dry Fire Project Manager, your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive management of all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial conception through to final completion and handover.

Ideally, you will possess an estimating background and be capable of bidding for, securing, and successfully delivering projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule and coordinate the delivery of projects

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Liaise with clients & contractors to understand project requirements and expectations.

Conduct site visits, inspections, weekly meetings and assessments to identify project needs and risks.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to resolve technical issues and challenges.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and achieve project objectives

Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.

Proven track record in reaching KPI’s

Qualifications and Experience:

Dry Fire 3+ years / Electrical trade background

Proven experience in project management in the fire protection industry.

Strong knowledge of fire protection systems

Excellent leadership & communication

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
