What you'll be doing
You’ll be responsible for revenue collections for the LHD and cashier functions within the Cashiers Department, including relieving at other sites for leave coverage.
Process payments, refunds, and reconciliations accurately and efficiently
Manage patient trust accounts and property in line with policy requirements
Provide face-to-face support to patients, staff, and the public
Handle EFTPOS transactions and online invoicing using LHD financial systems
Work autonomously across multiple sites and assist with staff training when required

Experience in a customer service environment with excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
Proven ability to work independently
Banking and reconciliation experience including cash handling and EFTPOS operation

Knowledge of word and excel
Willingness to undertake flexible start and finish times
Ability to interpret and enforce NSW Ministry of Health and LHD policy
