About the Firm

They are now seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their Business Advisory division and contribute to the continued success of a high-performing team.

The Role

As a Senior Accountant in the Business Advisory team, you will work closely with multiple Partners and senior leaders, managing a diverse portfolio of clients across emerging growth businesses, private groups, SMEs, and listed entities. You will be exposed to sophisticated advisory work, technical development opportunities, and clear progression pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of complex financial statements
• Preparation and review of management reporting packs
• Preparation and review of income tax returns and BAS/IAS across multiple entity types
• Business advisory and value-add support to clients across various industries
• FBT review and compliance oversight
• Tax planning and structuring support
• Managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members
• Assisting Partners with special projects and advisory engagements

About You

• CA qualified or in final stages
• 3+ years’ experience in a reputable public practice firm (mid-tier, Big 4, or boutique) in Australia
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and career progression
